But I am nopt sure about your understanding. Do you mean a database and all of it's tables may reside in a single dbspace only? This would be wrong. When you create a database in a dbspace, this means only that the dictionary of this database will reside in the named dbspace. Tables belonging to this database may (default) or may not (option in CREATE TABLE) be in this dbspace.
