Thanks to Amit Dandekar for load/unload. Now i'm getting the error message "9810: Smart-large-object error.". with no detail. Can someone elaborate, please? My SQL code is (nothing clever); UNLOAD TO "path/filename" SELECT * FROM "tablename" The error description I found is (very helpful, not); -9810 Smart-large-object error. An error occurred during the processing of a smart large object. For more information, check the accompanying, detailed smart-large-object error code.

Check for any errors in online.log. Your blob or blobspace may be corrupt. If you just run "select * from tabname" you may get error with more detail (additional error code).
