RE: Price competitive ?

Ob's right. IDS Workgroup Edition (WE) v9.4 is quite competitive, especially when you think that it is IDS Enterprise Edition sans the industrial-quality multi-site replication and loading features, and support for more than 2 CPUs. List price in the USA for a 10 concurrent session setup is about $4,000.00. That's still quite high when compared to DB2 UDB Express or the bare-bones SQLServer pricing, but you get a whole lot more out of IDS WE v9.4.
