Need insight on error

Hi, this error popped up for seemingly no reason this week. The 4gl source had not been recompiled in nearly one month and the reason for its recompiling was a change to a globals file. My knowledge of C does not lead me to an intuitive understanding of this error and any insight anyone can give me is already greatly appriciated!!!
