9.40.FC5 Solaris 9. We are being asked to move the database to a new server in a remote location. Should I reinstall the informix software from cd or could we just take it up with a tar or ufsdump or something and lay it down on the new server? Our desire is to move the environment exactly as is changing only those things that must be changed... thanks in advance
