The java aapplication run under web logic. the operating system is linux
(asvanced server 3)
The java application and the Informix are running on different hardware.
When I run onstat -g ses, this is what I get:

Do you ensure that when the trasaction is complete, all connections are
closed?
if you run onstat -g ses, is there more connections than are actually
running ie: previous sessions are not closing.
Give us the environment more specifically.
