why compile unexpected

hi friend , I want to compile an ec program(pl.ec) and a c program(call_pl.c) to generate the executable code (call_plc.exe) But there is not error output when I compile , at the same time the pl.o call_pl.o is generated , but the call_plc.exe is not generated . I do not know the reason , can you help me ? The -c switch says compile but don't link. Remove it and you should be ok.
