Informix supply their own debugger which work with Informix 4GL RDS (the interpreter version) rather than Informix 4GL (I4GL) which is the C complied version. If you do not use RDS then I'd advise putting call to a debug logging function at 'suitable' points within the code. This function would need to be written in C and when call log it's parameters to a file. -- David Williams
