Did you change the DELETE KEY from it's default of F2? I bet you did on the other INPUT ARRAY you have no problems with, but not this one, so that the F2 performance of DELETE is superceding your ON KEY statement. try: OPTIONS DELETE KEY CONTROL-Q (which will disable your DELETE KEY, since CONTROL-Q is trapped by the OS as xon) INPUT ARRAY ... ============================================================ Dennis J.
