9.3 features over7.31

I've suddenly been asked to justify/sell this to the guy who holds the pursestrings. I'm told we're running "fine" on 7.31, so help me out here. I'll hop onto IBM's site and look there too, but anything you can add would be appreciated. I say 9.3, because our software vendor hasn't "certified" their application on 9.4 yet. They will eventually though, so if there's something really great that's new to 9.4 go ahead and pass that along too. Thanks,
