Migrating 5 to 7 with optical jukebox

Hi. One of my clients has just posed an interesting one. They want to migrate an imaging / workflow type application from 5.x to 7.x. They currently have a substantial amount of data on optical jukebox, recorded under OnLine 5. Are there any special considerations here, do the CDs in the jukebox require "migration" as well?
