Voice Response Systems

I have a 4GL application to which I have to add a voice response feature. This will allow callers to be able to check account balances from a touch tone phone. Does anyone know of a product which will help me provide this capability? It could run entirely on my unix box or on a separate PC interfaced to my application in real time.
