Error "sqlexecd not licensed for remote use"

Hello, i tried to get Informix-Net 5.01 running on a Rm400 server. I wrote a starting script for the rc2.d which sets the according environmentvariables INFORMIXDIR and SQLEXEC. When starting the script, i got the error message "sqlexecd is not licensed for remote use". The daemon stays running but no client can connect. I reinstalled the license from our key disk (it's a 32 user license) and the effect remains the same. I had several calls with the siemens supportbut with no success. Can you please help me and give me some hints what's going wrong. Greetings, Joerg
