Problems encountered with Informix Universal Server 9.12TC3 and Java development

Hi, Got a few problems encountered during Java development with IUS 9.12. 1. I need to do some garbage collection using the SYSTEM command in Informix. After the assignment of the 'allow change to process level token' in Windows NT User rights, I only manage to call it a few times only before I have to reboot the system in order for the SYSTEM command to work again. The stored procedure is suppose to delete some files in the directory. The error messages stages 'handler not found -668' though a look at the 'Find Error' reveal nothing useful 2. Error passing to client machines is not supported for Informix Java RMI Server (though they have come up with 2-3 releases after they noted this bug, until now it remains to be seen this bug is solved), hence trapping of error is very difficult. Is there any work around ? Thanks. Aik Khoon
