Informix CLI is (or at least used to be) nothing but the Intersolv drivers packaged and sold by Informix. :Is this *really* that difficult to get working? Yes, with Informix products, although some have said the new I-Connect versions are simpler to get to work. I have never had any problems at all getting the OpenLink drivers to work and work well. Even they could make the installation routines simpler and better, but it isn't hard. :-- :Tony Marasco :http://www.berksiu.k12.pa.us mailto:tonmar@berksiu.k12.pa.us Nils.Myklebust@idg.no NM Data AS, P.O.Box 9090 Gronland, N-0133 Oslo, Norway My opinions are those of my company The Informix FAQ is at http://www.iiug.org
