A problem to use informix(SCO UNIX)

Dear Everyone: My database is informix on SCO UNIX.Now I try to use Delphi(SQL explorer) then write SQL to select data.First, I already connect to the database successlly but when I select data,I get some error message.The message is "General SQL error". The cliend is NT workstation.I use ODBC and BDE to try.I failed.So...I want to ask everybody how can I do. Best Regard
