Why has my shared memory segment this size? This is the output from onstat -g seg Segment Summary: id key addr size ovhd class blkused blkfree 36 1384138753 a000000 1613758464 266640 R 393773 211 37 1384138754 6a300000 534773760 16968 V 3956 126604 Total: - - 2148532224 - - 397729 126815 and ths is in the onconfig for the memory: SHMBASE 0xa000000 # Shared memory base address SHMVIRTSIZE 522240 # initial virtual shared memory segment size SHMADD 52224 # Size of new shared memory segments (Kbytes) SHMTOTAL 0 # Total shared memory (Kbytes). 0=>unlimited EXTSHMADD 8192 # Size of new extension shared memory segments (Kbytes) ...the vitual part is ok - 522240 kbytes is 534773760 bytes put i can not understand the Resident Part !!!!! I can't understand the size 1613758464 !!! please help matthias
