Long Connection Delays with OWS

I've been running OnlineWorkgroup Server V7.12 TC5 on WinNT4.0 to develop a in-house Java application. On my development server, ODBC or DBAnywhere connection times are nearly instantaneous. I installed OWS on the production server (a dual 300mzh PII , 128 mb RAM NT4.0 Service Pack 3) and dbimported the project schema. Things ran fine on site durring testing for about 2 weeks. After that, connection times have jumped to around 1-2 mins even using the command line utilities directly on the server. Has anyone seen this type of behaivor? Thanks, ~Scott
