XPS Crashing

We currently are running an AIX 4.3.3.0 box running Informix XPS 8.21.UD2X2. For a while it was running without issue, but recently we have been getting several panic shutdowns. It appears to happen while the same job is running, but there haven't been any changes to the server or the job. If upgrading to a higher version of Informix was an option, I wouldn't be submitting anything here. If anyone has any insight, it would be appreciated.
