It's a pain when I have to change some of standard features, or add more functionality to application. But it has some good features and I learned lots of tricks. In fact, we use Forms only for generating input and display functions. We have modified its libraries and we write our own database communication functions. IMHO, Forms are usable for learning to write code in 4GL and for developing a small application with simple database schema. Email me, if you are interested in closer look on this issue.
