I Need ESQL/Fortran!

We are still running some critical processes using Fortran and Informix C-ISAM 5.02 on a Sequent machine under dynix/ptx. We want to move a portion of our databases into the relational world but must maintain the Fortran code for at least 1 more year. Informix stopped offering ESQL/Fortran as of Dec 1997, and they cannot/will not locate even a single license copy for us. I NEED SOMEONE'S HELP! Please, if you have an old CD with ESQL/Fortran on it or can suggest an approach that obviates the need for it I would be most grateful. Thank you all for your help. Sincerely, Troy Peterson
