Please help <INSTALL>

I have installed 4.1 and everything went fine. However, when I try to run c:\\informix\\isql An error message keeps saying: "854: Back end not found. Or back end is busy." Last time I installed this, I found the fix to be in the bat file but I can not remember what was needed. Will someone please tell me how to fix this error. Thanks
