ontape on NT server

Hi: I'm a new user of NT servers. I've just installed NT 4.0 onto my HP Netserver LD Pro with a HP SureTape 5000. The backup works fine using NT backup. But ontape -s failed with -1. The backup device in my onconfig is TAPE0. When I check the error message, it means not owner. How do I give privilege to user informix to perform backup. Please advise.
