Segmentation faults in Solaris

I just recently started working on a Solaris system (SunOS 5.5.1, INFORMIX-4GL Version 7.20.UD1 INFORMIX-Universal Server Version 9.14.UC6X5 ) and I've been trying to port some programs that have been working just fine on SCO and AIX. Two of them die with a segmentation fault - one on a simple INPUT statement, the other on a CONSTRUCT. I've isolated the INPUT statement, and it works in a simpler program. Is there some Solaris sin I may be committing for which the other systems were forgiving?

Keep /usr/ucb on the end of your PATH as that is where make is.. -- David Williams
