QUESTION: does this sound bogus? Also, Oyvind, we have experienced the wrong query path being selected by the optimizer is 7.x for some time. We understand that 7.30 allows the user (us) to control the query optimizer more directly. Also, have you submitted the af files from the two 7.30 panics you has to Informix, and if so, what did you say about them? One more thing. You mentioned "lots of patches".
