Using ISM to restore to a different Box.

I am quite new to the new feature ISM in version 7.3, and was wondering if once setup correctly, can a backup of an instance on boxA be restored to boxB. Along with this information, if anyone can tell me about some pro's, con's, gotcha's etc. I would appreciate it.
