Reading recommendations for configuring PDQ & DSS?

Good afternoon, I've been tasked to enable IDS 11.50 features to help alleviate performance problems & system resource over-subscribing with large Cognos reports that run against my database server that's setup for transaction processing. Can you recommend any good reading on configuring & tuning of Parallel Data Query (PDQ) and Decision Support System (DSS) for IDS 11.50? Thank-you for any suggestions.
