Database Restore...

Greetings.. I need to restore a database. I have a Level 0 backup from last night and a tape with 5 log files since that last Level 0 backup. I simply want to overwrite the existing database. What is the command to copy all full and partial log files?? Should the current database be offline or online prior to the restore?? Using SOC UNIX 5.05 Informix 7.30 UC
