Absolutely -- Online simply follows whatever you use in your LTAPEDEV parameter. If you have logs coming from more than one device, you can use a symlink (as long as BLOCKSIZE remains constant) and change it during the ontape -r prompts for the next log tape. Note: I highly recommend that you /test/ whatever you come up with before you need it in a production enviroment. Just a thought :) HTH -Richard
