Using More than 24 Line Windows

I am trying to get an Informix form to use more than 24 lines. I am currently using an xterm window to display the form in. I have created a termcap entry in /usr/informix/etc/termcap, called xxx, with a li#35 directive. The form is then set to 34 by 80, and it compiles fine, but I get the message : Form image too large to fit in the screen window. Is there something else that must change? I have INFORMIXTERM set to termcap, TERMCAP set to /usr/informix/etc/termcap TERM set to xxx, the terminal description I created. Please help.
