Rick,
No V4 software can recognise Stored Procedures as these were not
implemented until V5. You can get round this problem though by
putting the whole stored procedure into a text string and using
prepare and execute. This way no syntax checking is done by the front
end tool it just packages it up and sends it to the backend which will
perform the command for you, as long as it is valid syntax!
