PS: You didn't mention BACKUP SCHEDULES, DBEXPORT, DBIMPORT and all that kind of administration tools which are only provided in DEVELOPMENT FACILITIES, so if your application executes all that kind of task go ahead but your CUSTOMER will be contacting you every time they need to do something with the database, DATABASE ADMNISTRATION is as complex as getting your application work.
