Is there an echo in here ?
Posted in 2004
Summary
Mark Townsend posted a near-empty message and Jonathan Leffler replied several times with 'Yes', noting the list was echoing posts. He suspected the IIUG news-to-mail gateway, discussed the previous week, was behind both the low volume and the echoes, and said he had notified someone at the IIUG. Housekeeping thread.

Yes.
:-)
Everything else get's 4-5 echoes - 3's enough from me. I've sent a
note to someone at the IIUG; the problem with low volume over the last
few days plus the echoes now must be something to do with the IIUG
news<->mail gateway -- which was discussed in extenso last week.
