Senior Customer Consultant - Databases/Datamining My client is a hot-running 3 yr. old software vendor located in San Francisco. Their product is a data mining application targeted toward the banking, retailing and telecommunications industries. They currently have approx. 25 employees, have just received 2nd round venture funding and are starting to book orders. They currently have a need for an experienced Professional Services Consultant (Post-sales customer consultant) to manage the activities of a major customer. The responsibilities will include on-site project management responsibilities, implementation, working customer issues, heavy interaction with the development team and ultimate responsibility for the success of this project. A background in database architecture and software, excellent customer skills and large account experience are all critical. This client is going to be very successful.
