Encryptation PowerBuilder-Informix

Hi. That's the first time I send a message to this list, I have a problem: In my company, we have a database with very important data, a we want to encrypt them, that's easy, but the problem starts for the applications, we want to show the information in Powerbuilder applications, but we don't know how to make C functions or something to dencrypt the data. In I-4gl is easy, we have the C function, and there's no problem, but Does anyone know any form to work with encrypt data in Power Buider - Informix. Whatever help, it'll be well received.
