How to get Locale supporting UTF8 for IDS 9.3 or higher ?.

Hi Friend, I am having questions regarding Unicode in IDS, i know that currently IDS supported to enable UTF8 code-set for Database and the works that we just have to do to get this stuff is that to set Databse evironment variable to locale UFT8 ?, i am using IDS 9.3 but i don't know how to get this locale, please show me the way how to get specific Locale for UTF8 in IDS, also appreciate if you tell me which websites that i can download this locale and have much good documents about Unicode solution with IDS here.
