When it became ready for release, we wanted to come up with a new name for it, and "NewEra" is it. While NewEra is currently out on Windows only, there will be a Unix (Motif) version pretty soon. I don't know the current strategy with regards to ascii terminals; in theory, a VCL (visual class library) could be created for such an interface. However, it seems a lot of the "point" (if you will) of NewEra would be lost in a non-GUI environment.
