Hi Basheer.
How about using sprit command ?
e.g)
use Art's my export, then split -l <Line count> export.file.
Execute dbimport, execute load statement from dbaccess.
Just my 2 cent.

Hi all
Before dbexport, check the limits in your section.
I guess you're running dbexport with "informix" user, then, in AIX,
run the command:
> ulimit -a
Check the line with "file(blocks)" if it is 'unlimited'
If not, change the file
>vi /etc/security/limits
If not have, insert a line, with user "informix":
informix:
fsize = -1
:x (save and quit)
Try dbexport again.
After that, IF you split the large file in nnnn lines (as says
Tsutomu), you have to change the <database>.sql script file , before
dbimport, removing the mention of that table (and constraints), or
change to 0 (zero) in the number of rows and delete all lines in the
file mentioned in script.
Hope it helps you.
Regards.
