Nils... FWIW, here's what I have discovered so far. Part of the problem is the technique for retrieving rows in the Powerscript code. Our trusty application developers just got done changing all the (now slow) code to use dynamic cursors, rather than data windows. Major mistake...data windows are 6-7 times faster. Now they get to change it all back... I'm starting to catch wind of a means to increase a INet parameter called FET_BUF_SIZE that has something to do with the negotiated window size, don't know yet if that will produce any benefit though. I'll post if there's anything juicy though. We're also going to try OpenLink too, i'll post if that's interesting as well....
