Well, Borland is a much nicer working environment, but MSVC is pretty much a standard. I'm sure Borland have an equivalent deal, but if you buy MSVC4.0, it includes a 16-bit version (1.5.2) and a 32-bit version (4.0). In summary, Borland is nicer, MS is (?) safer...
