At least one other person in this n/g is also playing with Delphi. Pretty nice package in general, though I'm not deeply into it yet. QBE is not supported natively; you need to either roll your own or grab shareware etc. Reportwriter is not fantastic. I think it's worth a look, and the upfront investment is approx 1/20th of NewEra list. I'm assuming you have ODBC drivers, of course. Peter Wiley
