IXSERVER no loaded

Dear All I seam to have broken my 4GL for windows environment. When I try to build to an .exe the make screen reports NMAKE : fatal error U1077: 'IX' : return code '0x5' Review Build reports ix w4glcomp -n ns_cats.4gl IXServer.386 is not loaded. It worked yesterday I have undone all of todays changes to the system without any luck. Is there anything I can do without reinstalling all of the discs.
