oncheck -pt out of sysmaster...
Posted in 1999
Does anyone remember the sql that goes on behind the scenes to generate the
following oncheck -pt output for all the tables in a db?
Maximum row size 217
Number of special columns 0
Number of keys 3
Number of extents 164
Current serial value 1249962
First extent size 8
Next extent size 8192
Number of pages allocated 163712
Number of pages used 156586
Number of data pages 138612
Number of rows 1247501
Partition partnum 9437260
Partition lockid 9437260
I'm working on pulling all this information together in a data file to merge
with a xls template to calculate rows per page, recommended extent sizes,
etc...
Parsing the oncheck output is getting old...
