Sounds like a fine idea! Might I suggest Monday night - at or after the opening reception? I will personally be in town sooner - but I don't know how many people will be in town on Saturday and Sunday. I have another engagement on Tuesday night, Wednesday night is the conference party, and people generally start leaving on Thursday. Of course, if anybody could recommend any sessions it would be particularly useful to miss, this could open up more possibilities...
