Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

The maximum number of cursors and more generally number of
statements allowed has bitten me in a couple of relatively large
programs. The programs typically have several zooms, multiple
lookups and several hot-key functions.
I've gotten around getting -257 back in most instances by using
a "free" statement, however, I curious if there exists an
accessible variable for testing the number of cursors open at
any one time. I believe there is another error number dealing
with number of statements but I don't recall it now.
If anyone can suggest a method for detecting a pending -257
before it happens I'd appreciate it.
