You need to look at the keyboard map, then if necessary, change it. -Mikey

Many vt100/xterm emulators mistakenly default the keypad to application mode rather than terminal mode. This generates a different sequence of of characters. Check the Reflection X configuration to see if you can switch the keypas mode. Art S. Kagel
