Quite far from the truth. SCO has bought UnixWare from Novell, so while OpenServer is going to disappear, SCO is definitely not. While they are marketing both OS's, currently, their near future offering is going to be a single product with both OS5 & UW2 backward compatibility. More than that, they're partnering with HP in a 64 bit Unix development for the Merced processor.
