Client_local and DB_locale pb

Hi evryboby, I have a pb of conversion between a informix server on HP UX and my client web form. For example I have a "'" insteadf of a "'" character. My connection is an ODBC connection with client SDK 2.30 installed on NT server and parameter on the server are "fr_fr.8859-1" on NT and HP UX Thank you for your help Phil
