assert failure and bug no. 115077

Based on the entries from the system message log below, can anyone tell whether the problem that caused the assert failure is the same as the problem described by bug no. 11507 (reportedly fixed in 7.31UC6)? We don't see assert failures often with 7.31UC2X6, but this one shows up once in a while. BTW, we are planning to upgrade to 7.31UD7x5 soon.
