We run on two main platforms - AIX on IBM RS6000 and HPUX on HP 9000/800 series: Both have 5.0 (except for the ISQL product - no 5.0 available). Both use termcap. I seem to remember the ability to use terminfo in the past (early version 4.10 or something) although I could be wrong on this. You can check the release notes with the software in /usr/informix/release. For both of my platforms, under "Machine Specific Notes", they specifically state: Terminfo is not supported by this product.
